Discreet support for promoting democratic ideals 

Ramallah - The United States awarded contracts worth more than two million dollars to sons and allies of U.S. supported Palestinian Fatah party President Mahmoud Abbas. Abbas’s son Yasser owns the Falcon Electro Mechanical Contracting Company and Sky Advertising Company, and his brother Tarak is general manager of the  firm. The US has invested millions of dollars over the past decades for discreet support to emerging leaders and in an attempt to win over the Arab population with cultural and educational grants and programs.
