Dr Frederick Töben jailed

Dr Frederick Töben, 65, who is wanted in Germany on charges of 'Holocaust' denial, was sentenced to three months in prison in Australia, but the sentence was delayed for 14 days pending an appeal. Next court appearance is 10.00am, Wednesday 27th May 2009, at the Federal Court of Australia, Angas Street, Adelaide. It is expected that he will be imprisoned at this time.
