the 10th Presidential Elections, world leaders transmitted messages of
congratulation on his re-election.

Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al
Maktoum, Oman Sultan Qaboos bin Said, Afghan President Hamid Karzai, the
Syrian, Egyptian and
Palestinian leaders, Turkish President Abdullah Gul and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Also the presidents of Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan. Mongolia, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, North Korea and King Mswati III of Swaziland congratulated Ahmadinejad on his
re-election.

Guaino, French President Nicolas Sarkozy's closest advisor said: "What is happening in Iran is clearly not good news for
anyone". Germany's chancellor Angela Merkel will meet U.S. President Barack Obama in Washington on June 25 and 26 in Wahington for talks on Iran's presidential
election. Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said that the re-election of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad represented an intensification of the Iranian threat which could further destabilize the Middle East.
