- At least 80 people have been killed
on Thursday in a US drone attack on a funeral procession
in Pakistan’s South Waziristan region. Dozens of others
were wounded. The missiles were launched as funeral-goers dispersed after delivering
prayers. It was the deadliest of more than twenty US drone attacks so far this
year.
