Regensburg - The district court in the German city of Regensburg said on Wednesday it had summoned bishop Richard Williamson
for April 16, to face charges because he doubts the official version the HOLOCAUST, an offence punishable by up to five years in
jail. In comments broadcast on Swedish television, Williamson said he believed no more than 300,000 Jews perished in the
HOLOCAUST and that there were no gas chambers. Williamson had appealed against a 12,000
Euro fine. If Williamson is not represented at the hearing, then the fine becomes legally
binding.
