Darmstadt - Wegen Steuerhinterziehung in Höhe von 1,7 Millionen Euro ist vor dem Landgericht Darmstadt Michael Wolski angeklagt, Ehemann der Verfassungsjuristin Karin Wolski (Foto). Obwohl das Paar gemeinsam zur Einkommensteuer veranlagt wird und somit die Ehefrau die Steuererklärung mitunterschrieben hat, ist nur der Ehemann angeklagt. Die Staatsanwaltschaft billigt Karin Wolski - einer der höchsten hessischen Richterinnen - zu, für die gemeinsame Steuererklärung nicht verantwortlich zu sein, weil Steuererklärungen gemeinhin Sache der Ehemänner seien. Karin Wolski ist bei den hessischen CDU-Dullokraten und in die Staatskanzlei von Ministerpräsident Roland Koch bestens vernetzt. Als Mitglied im Staatsgerichtshof entscheidet sie über die Rechtmäßigkeit des Landeshaushalts.

Brüssel - Die EU-Kommission hat ein Programm entwickelt, um die Lebensmittelpreise vom Bauern bis zum Konsumenten zu überwachen. Bei ausgewählten Produkten wie Milch, Käse oder Schweinefleisch soll die Kette vom Rohstoff bis zum Verbraucherpreis genau kontrolliert werden. Um den Markt besser zu kontrollieren, will die EU eng mit den nationalen Wettbewerbsbehörden zusammenarbeiten und hohe Geldstrafen verhängen.

Lesbische Bischöfin
 
Stockholm - Schwule und Lesben können in Schweden künftig auch in der Kirche die Ehe schließen. Schwedens Lutheraner gaben am Donnerstag ihr Ja zur Homo-Ehe. Schon bisher hatten homosexuelle Paare die Möglichkeit, ihre Partnerschaft in der Kirche segnen zu lassen, doch ab 1. November können sie kirchlich eine vollgültige Ehe eingehen. In der Schwedischen Kirche haben in den letzten Jahren zahlreiche offen schwule und lesbische Geistliche Ämter erworben. Eine von ihnen, Eva Brunne (Foto links), wird in zwei Wochen im Stockholmer Stift zur weltweit ersten Bischöfin geweiht, die in registrierter lesbischer Partnerschaft lebt.

Verluste beim Realeinkommen
 
Wiesbaden/Düsseldorf - Auch 2009 gab es wieder Verluste beim Realeinkommen der Beschäftigten. Die realen Löhne haben trotz niedriger Inflation im ersten Quartal um 0,4 Prozent und im zweiten Quartal um 1,2 Prozent unter den Werten des Vorjahres gelegen. Seit mehreren Jahren sinken in Deutschland die Realeinkommen.

Truth

Paris - Income inequality in the US is now the most extreme of all countries. The 2008 OECD report 'Income Distribution and Poverty in OECD Countries' concludes that the US is the country with the highest inequality and poverty rate across the OECD and that since 2000 nowhere has there been such a stark rise in income inequality as in the US. The OECD finds that in the US the distribution of wealth is even more unequal than the distribution of income.

The increase in US income inequality in the 21st century coincides with the offshoring of US jobs, which enriched executives with 'performance bonuses' while impoverishing the middle class, and with the rapid rise of unregulated OTC derivatives, which enriched Wall Street and the financial sector at the expense of everyone else. Millions of Americans have lost their homes and half of their retirement savings while being loaded up with government debt to bail out the banksters who created the derivative crisis. The financial insiders running the Treasury, White House, and Federal Reserve (Rubin , Greenspan etc.) shifted to taxpayers the cost of the catastrophe that they had created. Goldman Sachs, saved with the public’s money, recently announced that it was paying massive six and seven figure bonuses to every employee.

Berlin - Dr. Boris Augurzky vom Rheinisch-Westfälischen Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung (RWI) und Dr. Sebastian Krolop von der Beratungsfirma ADMED haben im Auftrag des Versicherers Allianz eine Studie über die wirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen der Schweinegrippe angefertigt . Diese kann nach den Autoren zu einem Konjunktureinbruch von 59 Milliarden Euro führen. Nach einer konsequenten Durchimpfung der Bevölkerung rechnen die Autoren mit einen Rückgang des Bruttoinlandsprodukts (BIP) von nur 30 Milliarden .

Neues vom Münchner OB Christian Ude

München - Das Buch 'Die ethnische Säuberung Palästinas' des israelischen Historikers Ilan Pappe (oben) , den Eckhard Lenner vom Arbeitskreis 'Palästina /Israel' nach München eingeladen hatte, sollte am letzten Wochenende mit einem Vortrag Pappes in den Räumen des Münchner Schulreferats vorgestellt werden. Das Programm war seit Wochen bekannt, die Räume waren gebucht. Am Donnerstag schrieb die 'Deutsch-Israelische Gesellschaft' einen Brief an die Münchner Stadträte und OB Christian Ude (unten), um gegen die Veranstaltung zu protestieren. Daraufhin entschied Stadt München kurzfristig, die Räume nicht zur Verfügung zu stellen. Man habe Hinweise, dass Proteste geplant seien.

News from Dr. Johann Plöd 

Regensburg - Johann Plöd from the court in the Bavarian city of Regensburg sent notice to German lawyer Matthias Loßmann to say he was fining Williamson €12,000 for incitement over his claim on Swedish television that gas chambers had never existed and only 200,000 to 300,000 Jews had been killed in WWII. Plöd was giving Williamson the option to pay the fine or take the case further. Williamson has two weeks to make his appeal. Loßmann said his client was likely to appeal. If he does, there will be a proper trial in Regensburg, which Williamson will not be forced to attend. German law allows a sentence of five years in prison for belittling the 'holocaust'.

US tradition of buying elections

Washington - New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg (photo) has given new meaning to the American tradition of buying elections, as he runs for an unprecedented third term. By the Nov. 3 election, he will have laid out more than $250 million in his three campaigns for office. The Jewish media mogul has an estimated $16 billion with which to play. Bloomberg's opponent, William C. Thompson, has spent $6 million. In the past there has been talk about him making a run at the White House.

Hamburg- Israelisch will in Deutschland bei der Hamburger Werft Blohm + Voss zwei Kriegsschiffe und ein U-Boot bauen lassen. Für die Finanzierung soll die dullokratische Bundesregierung aufkommen. Die Werft befindet sich zur Hälfte im Besitz des staatlichen arabischen Schiffbauunternehmen der Abu Dhabi MAR Group .

9 Monate Haft für Dirk Zimmermann

Am Freitag, 23. Oktober, wurde der nicht-vorbestrafte Dirk Zimmermann auf Antrag des Staatsanwalts Erhard Lägler vom Richter Frank Haberzettel am Amtsgericht Heilbronn (Präsident Harald Heydlauf , Foto) zu 9 Monaten Haft ohne Bewährung verurteilt, weil er Kopien der verbotenen Veröffentlichung 'Vorlesungen über den Holocaust – Strittige Fragen im Kreuzverhör' von Germar Rudolf dem Oberbürgermeister von Heilbronn Helmut Himmelsbach sowie einem katholischen und einem evangelischen Pfarrer zugesandt hatte. Zimmermanns Pflichtverteidiger erklärte, dass er den Angeklagten nur aus juristischem Zwang heraus verteidige. Vor dem Betreten des Verhandlungsraumes wurde die vertretene Öffentlichkeit zweimal gründlich gefilzt.

Freedom of thought and expression in Italy

Rome, 23 October - The views of the Italian academic at the University of Rome 'La Sapienza', Antonio Caracciolo, om the 'holocaust' has sparked calls for him to resign. The 59-year-old has described the 'holocaust' as a legend and claim the 'gas chambers' are one of many 'truths' which need to be verified . 

The head of Rome's Jewish community, Riccardo Pacifici, said it will take legal action against the academic. The rector of 'La Sapienza', Luigi Frati has announced the university will consider taking disciplinary action against Caracciolo. Rome's mayor Gianni Alemanno has stated his opposition to university lecturers with such views. The president of the Lazio region surrounding Rome, Piero Marazzo, and of the Province of Rome, Nicola Zingaretti condemned Caracciolo's views. 'La Sapienza' professors and students also expressed shock at the content of Caracciolo's blogs.

Caracciolo says he believes in freedom of thought and expression which are guaranteed under the Italian constitution. In November last year, Roberto Valvo, a high-school history teacher was suspended after he claimed there was no proof of the 'Holocaust'. In May 2007, authorities barred a visit to Italy by the French historian Robert Faurisson, on the invitation of Claudio Moffa, a lecturer at the Univerity of Teramo in Italy's central Abruzzo region.

America, Britain behind Sunday's terrorist act

Tehran - Commander in Chief of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) Mohammad Ali Jafari (photo) said a new document has been founded that shows there is a relation between the Sunday's Sistan & Balouchestan terrorist act and the intelligence services of America, Britain and Pakistan. The document which was obtained by an Iranian security service shows that the horrible crime in Sistan-Baluchestan was carried out under direct support of intelligence services of the three countries for the grouplet of Abdolmalek Rigi who is accused of being the mastermind of the bombing. Rigi's Jundallah grouplet has carried out a rebellion against Iran for several years and has repeatedly attacked the IRGC forces.
